"SPEED DATING ON SAN VALENTINE'S DAY"

Once again, our dear teacher organised a new Speed Dating because of San Valentine's Day.

Again, we had to prepare some questions to ask our partners for three minutes, so we could know them better. This time, our questions had to be something about love and in that way, our teacher gave each of us one "spicy questions" that she had made and it was compulsory to ask our partner.

We also had to wear elegant clothes and look smart in a Valentine style, women with a small heart or some flower on our chest, and men with some tie or a small heart too.

In the end, we had to writte the name of the person which had flirted the best with us in a card, and the winners were ....

We enjoyed this activity a lot and I'm sure that, at this time some couples are starting a new relationship.

Here there are above some questions I prepared for that meeting:

  • What are you looking for in a relationship?
  • When you meet a woman for the first time, do you kiss her on both cheeks or do you only shake her hand? What do you think is the best option?
  • When you go out for dinner with a woman, who should pay the bill?
  • Do you think is correct to leave her at home or does she have to go home alone?
  • Imagine you are having a dinner with a woman who you've just met and with another couple who are common friends, and they are all the time kissing. What should you do?
  • What do you think is the worst mistake men shouldn't make in a relationship?

SPEED DATING IN XIRIVELLAND

Last class before Chritsmas holidays, our teacher proposed a new and exciting activity: "Speed dating in Xirivelland". For about three minutes, we had to sit down in pairs (woman and man) and ask to our couple about his/her hobbies, likes and dislikes, curiosities, future plans, so we had to try to know better the other person.

The atmosphere was funny. In the class there was lot of tables for two people with some chips in the middle. So, women kept at the tables with their drinks and men, every time a bell rang, they took their drink, stood up and changed to go to another talbe with other woman. Every couple asked questions to each other for three minutes.

We had a good time and I think that since we did that activity, we know better other classmates, and maybe some of them have started a romantic relationship.

There are some questions above I prepared for this activity.

  •  Have you ever been in a party where you don't know anyone? and what did you do?
  • When you go to a party, are you a funny and talkative person or are normally bored and don't speak with people that you don't know.
  • What do you prefer to do at weekends: to get up early and do sports or to go out at night and go to bed late.
  • What do you like doing in your free time: sports, cooking, reading a book, or going out with friends?
  •  Do you practice any kind of sports or you prefer watching sports on TV?
  •  In your job, do you have good ideas to improve your work or you don't think and do all your manager says to you?
Everyday, when you go to work, your home is tidy or is it a mess?
